Using Apple Pay

Steps on using Apple Pay during your checkout.

First you want to make sure you have Apple Pay set up on your device. If not follow the instructions listed here.

When you have added all the goodies you wish to purchase, here is how you checkout using Apple Pay.

Using your iPhone or iPad

  1. Tap the Buy with Apple Pay or Apple Pay button.Buy with apple pay button  
  2. Check your billing, shipping, and contact information to make sure that they're correct. If you want to pay with a different card, tap > next to your card.
  3. If you need to, enter your billing, shipping, and contact information. Apple Pay will store that information so you won't need to enter it again. 
  4. When you’re ready, make your purchase and place your finger on Touch ID. After your payment information sends successfully, you’ll see Done and a checkmark on the screen.

With your Mac

  1. Make sure that you're signed in to the same iCloud account on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch. Also, make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Mac.
  2. Tap the Buy with Apple Pay or Apple Pay button.
  3. Check your billing, shipping, and contact information to make sure that they're correct. To pay with a different card instead of your default card, click  next to your default card and select the card you want to use. You can choose credit and debit cards from any iPhone or Apple Watch that is nearby and signed into the same iCloud account.
  4. If you need to, enter your billing, shipping, and contact information. Apple Pay will store that information on your iPhone, so you won't need to enter it again.
  5. When you're ready, make your purchase. On your iPhone, place your finger on Touch ID or double-click the side button on your Apple Watch. After your payment information sends successfully, you'll see Done and a checkmark on the screen.

Discount codes

Apple Pay does not support discount codes.

Error when checking out with Apple Pay on a Mac

If you see an error message after trying to check out with Apple Pay on a Mac, then there might be a communication problem between your phone and your computer. Make sure both devices:

  1. Are close to each other
  2. Have Bluetooth turned on
  3. Are both logged in to the same iCloud account.
